Link Mugs are one of those simple but inspired product designs that solves the problem of how to carry several mugs at once without the need for a tray.

We’ve all done it at one time or another: tried to carry too many mugs in one go leading to spills, burnt fingers and stains on the carpet.

So, inspired by the quintessential builder’s mug, designer Jonathan Aspinall has developed an inspired solution to this problem – mugs that can link together. Each cup has a plus shaped plug on one side and a corresponding receptacle on the other. Thereby allowing the mugs to be linked together for you to carry in a line to friends, family and work colleagues.

The Link Mug set also makes a unique gift idea. They come packaged in a presentation box that illustrates how to use them.

Translated as “bowl” in Japanese, the Wan delicately holds its light in a beautifully curved shell. Encased in its walls are sand-like iron particles, allowing you to direct the angle of light by simply shifting the weight of the bowl. More lovely than its shape however is its glow, as its thick rim softens the contours of the light to a subtle, diffused hue.

Nature Planter

Nature is a modern ceramic planter intended for growing a variety of herbs and flowers. The form takes inspiration from patterns and shapes found in nature, hence the name. The largest opening at the top can hold plants that need to root deeper. Opening like a blossom, the form allows each pocket to collect water.

The planter is made using a complex six-part mold (compared to the typical two to four part mold) with seventeen post-molding cuts. Each piece is carefully cast, hand-finished and glazed in Portland, Oregon. Three holes on the bottom allow for drainage. The planter is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Size: 18″ tall and 22″ wide.
