Modulari Leaf Panel System
MODULARI is a modular expandable screen system. Each set contains 18 – 12 in.x 12 in modular pieces that are 1/8 inch thick. Each can be attached “oragnically” by interlocking the designs. By adding additional sets it can be expanded indefinitely in width and up to 8 feet in length. All required hardware is included for easy assembly. MyPaperBag
A homeless person in a tram with a very old paper bag was the inspiration for the design of this beautiful bag for Ramón Middelkoop. The bag was incredibly dirty, but still retained its original charm. This turned out to be the basis of the sustainable design of MyPaperBag, which is made of biologically tanned leather.
Quin.MGX Table Light
Based on the spirtual quintessence of the twelve-sided dodecahedron, the designer created The Quin.MGX ceiling light so that the viewer’s eye is led into the sculpture along many swooping paths, leading from triangles to pentagons and back again. The lamplight also follows these paths. But what is most beautiful about the Quin.MGX is the anti-light, the way the surfaces shadow each other, creating a continuum of differently shaded areas casting smooth gradations of light in a spherical matrix that is punctuated by small pure beams.
Time Magazine included the Quin.MGX as part of its Design 100 in 2008.
